Expands As It Sets Fast-Setting Dozens of Adhesive and Repair Uses CRL Rockite is a gray, hydraulic type cement that expands as it sets, and is specially formulated to give it unexcelled strength and bonding qualities. When mixed with water, it pours into place as smoothly as molten lava. It sets within 15 minutes, and within one hour, it develops a compression strength of 8,000 pounds per square inch. When fully set, Rockite grips metal to concrete permanently. Use it to set railings, brackets and other fixtures because it will not shrink, crack or dry out.
