- Medium grit is best for moderate stock and paint removal and surface preparation before painting interior and exterior surfaces
- Fine grits are best for light stock removal and bare wood sanding, and surface preparation and light paint scuffing before painting interior surfaces
- Sheets can be cut-to-fit 1/2 sheet, 1/3 sheet, or ¼ sheet sanders
- Resin bonding locks the grain to the paper for longer sanding life
