Product Description

What does Jesus have to do with Jihad? In a strange twisted world of Muslim Jihadis, a lot depends on the second coming of Jesus, in which they will kill lots of infidels. So, unfortunately, what the world is witnessing today in the form of ISIS and the Taliban, is just the practice session for the real thing. But what if there is no second coming of Jesus? Although this book is about the survival of Jesus from the crucifixion in Jerusalem and his subsequent journey to India where he met with the lost tribes of Israel, the impetus of the book was the budding Jihadi movements of the late 19th century. Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, a Muslim divine, foresaw what would happen if this evil was not nipped in the bud. He also wrote another important book “British Govt. and Jihad” against the use of Jihad for political gains.
The main thesis expounded in this treatise is Jesus' deliverance from death on the Cross and his subsequent journey to India in quest of the lost tribes of Israel whom he had to gather into his fold as foretold by Jesus himself. Jesus is shown to have reached Afghanistan where he met the Jews, who had settled there after their escape from the bonds of Nebuchadnezzar. From Afghanistan, Jesus went to Kashmir where some Israelite tribes had also settled. He made this place his home, and, here, he died, and lies buried in Srinagar, Kashmir, India.
The problem of the resemblance between Christian and Buddhist teachings and also between the life of Jesus and that of Buddha, is also discussed.
Jesus In India, was, and still is, an epoch making and cataclysmic book. It transformed the theological landscape of Judaism, Pauline Christianity, and conventional Islam.
