- THIS IS AN EXPANSION TO THE PAMPERO BOARD GAME: This is NOT a complete game! You will need a PAMPERO base game in order to play with this expansion.
- STRATEGY BOARD GAME: This Euro style game is a hand management, card driven action selection game. Every player has a starting set of eight cards to be played on their own tableau to activate actions on the different sectors of the board. After three actions, a special phase takes place — consolidation, during which you retrieve the rightmost card from any row, generate batteries from stored energy, collect income, and advance the game timer.
- MANAGE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT AND IMPROVE GRID RESILIENCE AND RELIABILITY: The installation of wind farms can have an impact on the natural habitat of the surrounding fauna and flora. The government has programs that reward the protection of this habitat. The Cardal Transmission Project included with the expansion let players improve the resilience and reliability of Uruguay's electricity transmission network.
