- PTC heating core can not be directly immersed in liquid. It can be dry-fired in air, placed at the bottom of the container of liquid, or contacted with solid medium.
- PTC products have the characteristics of automatic energy saving. When the heater raises the ambient temperature, its power will gradually decrease, only 90%, 80% or less of the rated power.
- The service life of the product is long. The general standard is that the power attenuation after 2000 hours is less than 10%.
- PTC products have incomparable advantages over traditional heating elements, such as constant temperature heating, no open fire, high heat conversion rate, minimal influence by power supply voltage, etc.
- The product can be dried for a long time and is suitable for heating solids and gases.
