- CARTON CONTENTS – Our Dairy-Free Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Spicy Nacho Sauce Mixes come with all the necessities for making your own vegan cheese wheels and cheese sauce, as well as included instructions that offer tips and variations. Natural ingredients include gluten-free tapioca flour (cassava root starch), nutritional yeast, plant-based lactic acid, sea salt, ground spices and agar powder for the solid cheeses (cheddar and pepper jack).
- EASY CHEESY – Making your own vegan Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Spicy Nacho Sauce has never been easier or more delicious! Just blend the cheese mix with water, a little oil and your desired base (nuts, seeds, veggies or even white beans), simmer and done. In 15-30 minutes, you can behold and enjoy your own homemade, fresh, totally plant-based Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Spicy Nacho Sauce!
- DIET-FRIENDLY, DELECTABLE TREAT – This mix is compatible with most special diets as it’s free of the top 8 allergens, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, non-GMO, vegan and Paleo. There are NO nuts included in the mix - they are just one of the base options. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity, you can use cashews, almonds, macadamia nuts or sunflower seeds for the wheels, or for the sauce, also veggies or white beans.
- QUANTITY & SHELF LIFE - Mix yields 1 batch each of Cheddar, Pepper Jack or Spicy Nacho Sauce, and one batch yields at least 1.5 cup-sized cheese wheel or 2 cups for the cheese sauce - which makes a nice amount, depending on your chosen ingredients.
