- Pelmenitsa – a Traditional mold for making Russian Dumplings “Pelmeni”. It is a modern one, but copies the molds which were in use during USSR times.
- Pelmeni mold is made of food grade plastic. Colorful, lightweight, easy to wash and store.
- Fast and easy – makes 37 dumplings at a time, all are uniform of exact size they are traditionally supposed to be.
