- As shown in photos, approximate spotting volume as tested for dichloromethane is 15mm x (0.25mm)² x 3.14 = 3µL, for acetone is 25mm x (0.25mm)² x 3.14 = 5µL, and for water is 45mm x (0.25mm)² x 3.14 = 9µL.
- Testing method used is placing the tube at a straight up angle with only the tip submerged in the liquid and allowing the liquid to keep on climbing until it stops.
