- We recommend putting the bottom of our thermometer in 0 degree ice water, to see whether the needle point to zero line. According to our PI specifications, the accuracy of our thermometer is ±2% (±2.8F). You could also touch the bottom of the thermometer for there is an adjustment screw located there. If the needle doesn't point to zero line, you can use a screwdriver to adjust the screw at the bottom.
