Fauxwoodbeams warrantees all Faux Products to withstand normal conditions for fifteen years. Fauxwoodbeams warrantees the Faux Products will not peel, crack, split, or rot. Fauxwoodbeams warrantees against all manufactures defects. (Fauxwoodbeams must be notified within 30 days of purchase if a manufacture defects was found. Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, hurricanes, tornados, improper installation, improper maintenance, acts of God, or use of products not approved by Fauxwoodbeams Inc shall not be covered under the warrantee. Fauxwoodbeams Prefinished (Walnut) Faux Products (except Timber and Sandblasted Products) are stained with an exterior stain that contains a U.V. inhibitor. This prevents and/or slows down sun fading, but like anything left in the sun, some slight fading could occur. Fauxwoodbeams does not warranty against this sun fading. When Fauxwoodbeams has determined that a Faux Product is defective, it will replace the product or a credit may be offered instead of replacement (at Fauxwoodbeams' discretion). Fauxwoodbeams' liability is limited to the cost of the defective product.
