One would think that Amazon live chat is a no-brainer, giving sellers instant access to customer support, providing immediate interaction with Amazon representatives to solve any issue that may have arisen.  Amazon live chat actually exists, but, something like bigfoot, you need to look hard in order to find it. Also, it might not exist in all countries, and if it does, the chat feature may not be the most reliable, and at the end of the day, you might actually prefer not to use it.  Why? because of the majority of problems could be solved using Amazon's menu's to help zero-down on the type of problem you may have with your account.  Just send your queries through the usual Amazon contact channels, specify what type of problem you had, and await a reply. It's more convenient for both you and Amazon, and can save you time and aggravation, leaving you free to do something productive while Amazon sorts out the issue, instead of waiting online.
