If you wish to pull all your contacts data, you'll need to do the following: from Seller Central, go to: Reports > Fulfilled > Sales > Amazon Fulfilled Shipments, and you can access orders from the last 30 days. Older reports, up to 120 days old, can be found in Orders > Order Reports. These reports contain buyer names, emails, names of recipients (which could be different than the buyer names) and addresses.  You can format these reports in Excel or Google Spreadsheet files and import them into your CRM system.  In addition, the Amazon Fulfilled Shipment file also contains info on the carrier, tracking numbers and estimated arrival time.  However, remember to study the relevant Amazon guidelines: be advised that you cannot use Amazon emails to market to your customers outside the Amazon marketplaces. i.e., by contacting them for any subject other than their purchases, you are violating Amazon policy.  Communication between you (the seller) and the buyer is done via the Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging Service.  Remember, there is plenty of data you can extract without the need to resort to pulling out this information.  Data such as sales estimation, product demand level, expenses and much more can be achieved through Algopix.
