Choosing Amazon FBA or Amazon FBM depends on several factors, beginning with answering this question: do you feel comfortable handling all the logistics of shipping and handling, in addition to providing customer service, all by yourself? if the answer is yes, then it my be worthwhile for you to do it on your own. If, however, you’re not too sure, or you find the logistics of shipping to complicated, and it’s worthwhile financially, then maybe FBA is the way to go.
One of the major advantages of Amazon FBA is that as a seller, you’re eligible to access Amazon Prime customers and offer them free shipping, as well as increasing your chances of “winning the Buy Box.”
On the downside, there are the various FBA fees, not counting long-term fees if you have stock lingering in the warehouse for six months or more.
For one merchant FBA can be cheaper, for another FM is more worthwhile. In the end, it’s individual.
