It's simple to contact sellers on Amazon, although you should only do it when absolutely necessary. Click on an item to get to its product description. On the right side of the screen, you will see the "add to cart/buy now" box. Under the button you will see: "sold by [name of seller]. Clicking here will lead you to the seller's feedback page, from where you can contact him by email.
Alternatively, when you scroll down you’ll see “new & used” link. Click on one of the names under “seller information,” and you will be led to the screen with the seller’s feedback, from where you can contact the seller by clicking on the “contact seller” button. On the Amazon mobile app, it may appear a bit different: You’ll need to click on the item, under which you’ll find the name of the supplier fulfilling it. Clicking on the supplier’s name will lead you to his feedback page; scroll all the way down, and you’ll find the “contact seller” link. Please note that it takes about two days for sellers to respond to contact requests. For Amazon Prime connected sellers, Amazon customer service will handle order-related issues. Remember, though, that sellers are busy, and although they do their best to acquiesce to customer contact requests, in nearly all cases, (unless there were serious issues with the product shipped) all the information you need is on the product page.
