ASIN stands for Amazon Standard Identification Number, and it is assigned to every product listed and sold on Amazon. ASIN codes are used to group products together that are the same product.
If your product is already being sold by other vendors on Amazon, the ASIN can be found by scrolling down to the “Product Details” section of the product page, where it will be listed.
If your product is new and unique, Amazon will assign a new ASIN for you when you create a new product in Amazon Catalog and provide your product’s UPC or EAN code.
