While the Amazon Seller Central page offers ‘built-in’ help for sellers in popular issues such as canceling an order, locating a shipping address, and details about customer fees, Amazon seller support can provide help with issues related specifically to your account. It provides a committed Amazon seller support staff, working to resolve any seller-specific issues they might have regarding selling their products, or with Amazon marketplace issues in general. Questions like: Where’s my money? My buyer wants to return an item I shipped the item properly, but the buyer said he hasn’t received it? How can I remove customer feedback?
To reach Amazon seller support: you need to be logged into your account, for one. Then, from your seller account, choose which type of support you require: Selling on Amazon – or Advertising & Sales. Once you’ve made your choice, you’ll be sent to a page with a list of common questions & answers. If you don’t see the issue in question in the list, you can type for it in the search bar. If you still don’t find a satisfactory answer, click on “other account issues” in the left pane. You will now have 3 options to contact Amazon seller support: email, phone or chat. Note that if you choose the ‘phone’ option, you will need to leave a phone number where a support rep can reach you.
