It’s common for businesses to set up multiple seller accounts to manage multiple brands. Since brands are essentially product personas, mixing them together can cause confusion and compromise brand recognition.
For that reason, owning multiple Amazon seller accounts may be a viable business decision for online sellers. To be clear, Amazon allows users to own multiple seller accounts but only with their expressed permission.
With two accounts, you can keep in contact with two different sets of customers and deal with two different advertising campaigns. To get started, set aside a separate bank account and email address. Then, head to Selling on Amazon > Your account > Other account issues in the menu. From there you can make your request to Amazon in writing for a new account.
