There are a few steps you’ll need to take in order to set up international shipping. But first, it’s worth it to note that not all products are eligible for international shipping. Now, you’ll want to head over to your shipping settings page. Here you’ll set up shipping as an option for your seller account. Ships-From Location: This is where your stock is shipped from. So enter the state, city or country that your products ship from when someone orders. This is usually where your inventory is kept, unless you keep your inventory in one state and ship from another. Then you’ll choose the state you’re shipping from. Shipping Defaults: Here’s where you’ll change the default locations you ship to. The default is US domestic shipping only. So you’ll want to change that to include buyers residing outside of the US. Take note that changing your default shipping option will enable international shipping on all new listing you create, if the product you’re listing is eligible for international shipping. But you do have the ability to uncheck international shipping on new products. Your current inventory won’t be affected, and you’ll have to manually enable international shipping on those. To enable international shipping on a current listing, head to the “Manage Inventory’ section in your seller account. Here you can change them one by one, or use one of the available loaders (inventory loader, music loader, video loader, etc) to upload changes to the “expedited-shipping” or "will-ship-internationally" field. This way, you can do multiple listings at once. If you have a pro account, you can also use the batch upload settings to change the shipping method for current items.
