Seller feedback and product reviews are two important metrics that buyers take into account when purchasing products. A poor customer experience can often lead to negative feedback and reviews. However, sometimes a seller may fix a bad experience, prompting a customer to want to change their feedback.
Have you decided to change your opinion of another seller on Amazon? Here are the new steps for revising or removing your feedback:
- Go to Amazon.com/feedback.
- Click “Feedback Help” at the top.
- Click “Remove Third Party Seller Feedback”
- Click “Your Submitted Feedback” and remove the comments you made.
Buyers have the opportunity to change their minds about a seller’s performance should circumstances change. It’s the responsibility of the seller to provide excellent customer service, reliable communication, and the ability to adjust to negative feedback.
If you ever sell on Amazon and receive complaints about a bad supplier or unsuitable pricing, revise your practices according to market data. Perhaps the Amazon fees were too high or shipping was too slow.
