- Shipping & Delivery
- Our Wooden Bath Mats are handcrafted in our innovative FSC C156318 facility in Los Angeles with American Beech wood. They will ship fully assembled. At this time, our woodshop products and mattress and/or bedding orders can not be coordinated to arrive at the same time.
- Solid Wood Construction
- We use 100% solid Beech wood to construct our Wooden Bath Mats. Beech wood is a sustainable hardwood with well-managed growth, and it's not endangered, making it an eco-friendly choice. It is also grown in North America, reducing the carbon impact from associated transportation. Rubber feet help keep secure the mat.
- Zero-VOC Finish
- We do not use traditional lacquers or varnishes, which typically contain harsh chemicals and have strong chemicals that can cause headaches, nausea, and respiratory issues. Instead, our dressers use a zero-VOC ECOS wood stain, which is organic, non-toxic, and odor-free. It conforms to CDPH 01350 (VOC emissions test taken at 11, 12, & 14 days for classroom and office use), as well ASTMD-4236, specifically concerning oral toxicity, skin irritation, and respiratory effects.
- Safe, Odorless Glues
- Our assembly utilizes Titebond wood glues, which are safe and produce no harmful fumes. They meet the requirements of ASTM D4236 for safe use with arts and crafts and have both been approved for indirect food contact.
- California Residents
- We operate an FSC C156318 woodshop — in a facility completely separate from our mattress factory, in Los Angeles — which produces wood dust. Read California's required Proposition 65 warning for wood dust.
- Return Policy & Warranty
- All Wooden Bath Collection sales are final, with the exception of any defects in workmanship. Defects in workmanship are covered by a 2-year warranty.
