At least clamp the 1/4-inch tongue and groove milling drill shank to a position where the blade distance is about 0.6 inches to improve stability during use and reduce vibration. ▲The cutter head can fine-tune the blade distance by removing the top nut and adding a shim. According to specific needs, add up to two shims to adjust the distance to 0.02 inches.
