- Thread locker is a high-strength, oil-resistant, temperature-resistant thread sealant, mainly used for sealing and fixing nuts, bolts, bearings, fasteners and screw threads. Maximum filler gap: 0.13 mm, operating temperature: -54 ~ 149 ℃, destructive torque: 271 greater than 20N·m, 243 greater than 18N·m
- 243 Medium strength locktight blue thread locker, for locking and sealing of threads below M20; 271 High strength red locktight, for permanent locking and sealing of threads up to M36. Threads above Dn65 need to be coated on both sides to isolate the air, otherwise the thread sealant may not cure
- Use steps: 1. Keep the surface clean; 2Add enough locktight to the end of the screw, 3. After application, the nut needs to be tightened to the locktight thread locker position within 3 minutes, wait for 20 minutes for initial curing and 24 hours for complete curing. Note:1. Do not mix with metal, oil and dirt
- Half-Bottle Package: The blue threadlocker in the anaerobic adhesive is a single-component adhesive. Red threadlocker sealer will remain liquid when exposed to air. If it is lacking air, thread sealer will solidify. Therefore, the product is sold in the form of half a bottle (50ml)
