- Our Espresso bean comes from our adopted coffee farm set high up in the hills of Colombia coupled with a balanced amount of Robusta bean to create our fantastic espresso coffee!
- ADOPT DIRECT TRADE - This coffee comes from our adopted farm which is located in the region Tapias River Canyon in the municipality of Neira – Caldas, Colombia. They are part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, declared by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site. The estate has a long tradition in coffee production. It was in the 1930s that the first coffee plants were cultivated in these hills, and have been renewed ever since.
- OUR PROMISE - We roast our coffee and serve it fresh. Our goal is to provide you the best possible coffee we can find. Our origin relationships have been built largely through thousands of cupping sessions with producers, millers, and exporters. As a result, we have developed a common purpose and language with some of the most quality-focused producers.
