Specially designed for concession trailers and food truck applications. ETL Listed for use over 450°F and 600°F cooking surface temperatures. Fabricated from type 430 stainless steel where exposed. Fully welded and polished front corners. Includes a 10” round factory installed exhaust riser, a double wall rigid front, a 3” internal back standoff, and two stainless steel hood filters. Installation hardware kit includes: Qty-6 8" long SS bolts, Qty-16 1/2" SS washers, Qty-16 1/2" SS nuts and Qty-4 Garlock 3000 series washer.

- The exhaust fan and ductwork are not included in the hood package. Compatible exhaust fan (model DU12HFA) can be ordered separately. As all hoods are custom built, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
