- You will receive the tiles shown in photograph. Reflections can make some tiles in photograph look white but all tiles are the pattern described . Search Amazon for "Thunder River Sales Tile" for tile sets available. Mosaic tiles are handmade from china or stoneware dishes. Vintage or modern plates, carefully cut into pieces for artist use as tesserae. Perfect for art and crafts projects.
- The tiles in this set varies from approximately 1/2" to 3/4", some larger, some smaller. See quarter in photograph for an idea of individual tile size. Actual coverage will depend on the size of the grout spacing you prefer.
- Cut from stoneware or china plates, the thickness of tiles varies from approximately 1/8" to 1/4". No thick heels or footers, most will lay flat, some may have a slight curve.
- DEAR CUSTOMER: I usually don't count the number of tiles in a set. The number of tiles doesn't really mean much because the size and shape of tiles vary so widely. Coverage is what matters. I sell by coverage.The actuel tiles you will receive is shown in the photograph on a 7" x 7" background equal to 49 square inches or a little over 1/3 square foot.
