- PRIMER | SEALER | STAINBLOCKER: KILZ KITCHEN and BATH is a water-based primer-sealer-stainblocker that has biocides to prevent mildew growth on the primed surface. It offers excellent adhesion to most interior surfaces and provides a sound anchor for paints.
- ADVANCED FORMULA: The enhanced acrylic polymer formula contains biocides that protects against mildew growth on the primed surface. It is also a powerful stain blocker for medium-to-heavy stains including felt marker, grease, ink, pencil, tannin and water stains. It is a fast drying, low odor, very low VOC formula and is easy to clean with soap and water.
- MULTIPLE SURFACES: Can be used for priming most interior and exterior surfaces including drywall, wood, brick, masonry, stucco, plaster, concrete, cinderblock, coated or primed metal, previously painted surfaces and properly prepared glossy surfaces. Ideal for priming kitchens, bathrooms, powder rooms, laundry room and other spaces prone to high humidity and moisture. Do not apply to direct water contact surfaces like sinks, bathtubs, shower enclosures, etc. Works with oil, alkyd and water-based paints.
- SUPERIOR COVERAGE: This 1-gallon can of KILZ KITCHEN and BATH primer covers approximately 300-400 square feet per gallon. Dries to touch in 30 minutes and can be recoated or topcoated after one hour.
