It has shaped shoulders and closes in front with a long tie made from the same high-quality poly-velvet material as the body of the cloak.
- Reinforced Tie: The tie is wide enough to wrap over your shoulders without falling off your back and is reinforced. You can pull the hood all the way into your face because it is sufficiently large. The costume cloak looks and feels amazing.
