- Simple,quick and easy to use! Just microwave on high 45 seconds to 3 minute should do the trick depending the product size. Adjust heating as needed 30 seconds more or less. For cold mittens should be stored in a closed container (a plastic bag is fine ) and stored in the freezer.
- We use only all natural herbs for our aromatherapy. A blend of Lavender, Peppermint, Spearmint and Chamomile. It's soothing, not too strong and most people tell us that it smells like "sleepy time tea" The one thing we DON'T want is to overwhelm you with something that smells way too strong. For those with allergies or sensitivities, we offer all of our products non-scented providing the same soothing Hot/Cold therapy qualities as our Aromatherapy products.
