You'll finish your workout with a focused ab segment to target and tone your midsection, followed by a well-earned stretch.

After you learn all of the combinations you'll test your cardio endurance with a Step Blast Challenge! In this segment you will perform all of the finished step combinations along with super intense power blasts for three continuous cycles. Get ready to burn fat, torch calories and have a cardio blast!
