Of course, it's possible for individual persons to be Amazon sellers. To be an Amazon seller in India, you need to have the following basic info: Address proof; TIN number, bank account information, Pan card, ID and checkbook. You must also submit contact details including details, as that will be your main communication channel with buyers. Individual Amazon Seller Once you have all the relevant documents, you can register as a professional Amazon seller. Then, you need to decide on your Amazon business model, how to list your products (under which categories) and set a certain amount of time every day to manage your Amazon business. Once you've listed your products, you can begin taking orders. You will then have to decide on your shipping method - Easy Ship, or FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipping.  Easy Ship is a special delivery service for Amazon India sellers, who choose the FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) option, meaning the responsibility of packing the items, is on the seller.  With FBA, Amazon handles all the shipping and packaging work.
